Hà Nội Quán is a Vietnamese restaurant with an all -Vietnamese team - most of us come from Hanoi. The owner and head chef was born and raised in Hanoi, so every dish at Hà Nội Quán reflects the true flavors of Vietnam’s capital. Pho comes from northern Vietnam, and Hanoi is the birthplace of Vietnamese cuisine. To enjoy authentic pho, it must be pho Hanoi - which is exactly what we serve. At Hà Nội Quán, you’ll taste traditional Hanoi-style phở, with a clear, rich broth simmered for 30 hours from beef bones, served with cooked and rare beef. Unlike the southern-style pho often found in Paris, ours is the original northern-style phở, just like in Hanoi. We now have two restaurants in Paris - one in the 14th arrondissement and one in the 6th.
